Delivery & Returns

We deliver nationwide across South Africa via PEP or a courier, depending on your area. We're based in Germiston, Johannesburg, and most orders are handed over for delivery within 1–3 working days of confirmation.

Delivery cost and estimated arrival time depend on your location and the courier option available there, so we confirm both with you personally on WhatsApp once your order details are through — there's no checkout-page shipping calculator. Nothing is dispatched until you've confirmed the cost and your address with us.

If a set isn't right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the tie, cufflinks, pocket square and tie clip are all unworn and returned in their original packaging.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and which set you'd like instead. We'll confirm the swap and arrange return delivery from there.

Since orders are confirmed and paid for directly with us rather than through an online checkout, refunds are handled case by case — message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out directly.

If your set arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days with a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
