Skills Elegance ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site or order from us, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you give us on the checkout page: your name, mobile number, delivery address (area, city, province) and any delivery notes. This information is sent to us as a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself — we don't collect it silently in the background.

We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. Your cart contents are stored only in your own browser (via local storage) so your bag persists between visits — we don't have access to it until you choose to send an order.

How we use it

We use the information you send us solely to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to answer questions you send us. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Order conversations happen over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Delivery details are shared with the courier or PEP as needed to get your order to you.

How long we keep it

We keep order and delivery details for as long as needed to fulfil your order and handle any exchanges, and as required for our own record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. To do any of this, contact us using the details below.
