These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place with Skills Elegance, based in Germiston, Johannesburg. By using this site or sending us an order, you're agreeing to them.

Products and pricing

All prices on this site are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the 5-piece set as described on each product page. We try to keep prices and stock status accurate, but availability is only confirmed once we respond to your order on WhatsApp.

How an order is placed

Adding items to your bag and completing the checkout form does not place an order. It prepares a WhatsApp message summarising your order and details, which you review and choose to send yourself. An order is only confirmed once we've replied to you on WhatsApp confirming availability, delivery cost and payment details.

Payment

Payment methods and details are arranged directly with you over WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. We don't process card payments through this website.

Product images and colour

We photograph our sets to represent them as accurately as possible, but actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Intellectual property

The Skills Elegance name, logo, and the photography and text on this site belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

We take care in preparing and packaging every order, but we aren't liable for delivery delays caused by the courier, PEP, or circumstances outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
